Customers purchasing products online from Flora Frame have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with European consumer protection law.

Return Shipping
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
The customer is also responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Original shipping costs from the order are not refundable.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, or missing components, Flora Frame reserves the right to reduce the refund amount accordingly.

Installation Services
Installation services, including the planting and mounting of frames, are custom on-site services.
Once installation work has begun or the service has been performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
