Legal Warranty
Products sold by Flora Frame are covered by the legal warranty applicable under Spanish consumer protection law.
For consumers (private individuals), the legal warranty period is three years from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects present at the time of delivery.
For business customers, warranty conditions may differ and are governed by applicable commercial legislation or contractual agreement.
Scope of Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the product.
If a product is found to be defective, Flora Frame may repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with applicable law.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

incorrect or improper installation

misuse or improper handling

failure to follow installation or care instructions

modifications or alterations made by the customer

normal wear and tear
Installation
If customers install the frame themselves, installation is carried out at their own responsibility.
Flora Frame is not responsible for damage resulting from incorrect installation performed by the customer or third parties.
Plants
Plants used during installation services are living elements and are not covered by product warranty.
Their condition depends on environmental conditions and maintenance after installation.
